If someone has joined SFI at your direction, but he/she is not appearing in your Genealogy, it is most likely due to one of two reasons:
1. The affiliate in question did not sign up from YOUR own SFI Gateway link, and was, therefore, assigned to someone else. In addition to providing your Gateway URL to prospective affiliates, make sure you specifically instruct your new referrals to use your Gateway URL to join SFI. View all your available Gateways HERE.
OR
2. You're using the SFI Pay-Per-Action (PPA) program to create SFI Affiliate sign-ups. New affiliates you generate from the SFIPPA program are dispersed among other SFI Affiliates, while you earn up to $10 for each new sign-up. Learn more about SFIPPA HERE.
