Your PSA/CSA's login problem could have a variety of causes--computer issues, Internet connection problems, browser settings, etc.

However, here are a few suggestions you can give your PSA/CSA:

1. Restart the computer and trying to log on to www.sfimg.com again.

2. Copy and paste your SFI ID/password from an old e-mail or computer document instead of typing it, to helpĀ  eliminate typos.

3. Make sure the password is using correct upper/lower case.

4. If suggestions 1 through 3 fail, have the SFI ID and password e-mailed. Just go to www.sfimg.com/get and follow the directions.

If none of the above suggestions work, we also suggest:

* If using Internet Explorer, switch to Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers.

* Try clearing the browser cache and/or cookies. NOTE: This process is different for each browser. Once done, exit the browser completely before attempting to access sfimg.com again.
