There are four ways to change your sponsor:
1. If you want to change your sponsor, you can either opt out of SFI for six months, then sign up again under a new sponsor of your choosing.
2. If you get permission to move from your sponsor, you can move up to your sponsor’s sponsor. To do this, contact your sponsor and have him or her submit a ticket at support.sfimg.com authorizing us to allow you to change sponsors. Once this has been verified, we will make the change so you are sponsored by your sponsor's sponsor.
3. A change in sponsor may be initiated due to unresponsiveness and inactivity. If your sponsor does not respond to your requests AND he/she is no longer an SFI Affiliate, you will automatically be moved to your sponsor’s sponsor.
