By default, monthly auto-deliveries begin processing when we process commissions on or about the 5th of each month...UNLESS you've specifically scheduled your auto-delivery to process before the 5th. After commissions are processed, any of your Auto-Deliveries not already processed for the month will be processed (on the date you’ve selected). So, for example, if you set your Auto-Delivery for the 10th, we’ll process on the 10th; if set for the 12th, we’ll process on the 12th, and so on.
To set your own initial processing date, go to your TripleClicks Auto-Delivery Manager page. Scroll down to the Processing Date field and enter any day between 1st and the 15th to have your auto-delivery processed on that date each month. Your changed date will take effect immediately. If the processing attempt on your chosen date is unsuccessful, it will be attempted again on or about the 20th of the month. If the processing attempt is unsuccessful on the 20th, it will be attempted once more on the last day of the month. Please note, our system's second and third processing attempt dates cannot be changed.
