Navigating your SFI Inbox is pretty simple and should be mostly self-explanatory. You can access your SFI Inbox by clicking the envelope icon in the header of your SFI Affiliate Center.

Once at your SFI Inbox, you'll see that it's organized into various folders, designed to make it easy for you to manage your messages:


INBOX: All your incoming messages will appear in this folder.


SFI TEAMBUILDING: This folder contains various notices you get about referring/sales topics, such as new PRA notices, and so on.


TEAMMAIL: Here, you'll find messages from your SFI Advisor, sent using their Referrals Report mailing feature.


SFI MISC: SFI-related messages that don't fit within any of the other folder categories.


EAGER ZEBRA, ELEVATION MALL, AND TRIPLECLICKS: Messages in these folders relate to their specific programs. For example, notices about games appear in the Eager Zebra folder; receipts from your TripleClicks purchases appear in your TripleClicks folder.



A FEW TIPS AND HINTS:


 When you access a mail folder, all your non-read messages appear in bolded blue text. Once you read an email, it will appear in unbolded black text in your folder. 


 For Mobile Users: To expand the sidebar to reveal all folder names, click any empty section of the sidebar.  Click an empty spot again to slide the sidebar back to its original size.


 To reply to a message, simply click the reply icon at the top of an open message (see image below). Your reply will be sent to your recipient's INBOX. NOTE: This feature is only applicable for messages you receive in the TEAMMAIL folder.




✔ Click the star icon at the top of an opened message to save it to your SAVED folder.


✔ You can easily access a message sender's SFI Affiliate profile by clicking the VIEW PROFILE link next to their name at the top of the open message window. NOTE: This feature is only applicable for messages you receive in the TEAMMAIL folder.


✔ To delete a message, just click the trashcan icon located at the top of your open message. NOTE: Deleting a message(s) will also delete it in any other folder that message may be in. So, for example, if you delete a message in your SFI MISC folder, that same message also disappears from your INBOX folder.


✔ To delete all messages quickly, select a folder, then click the SELECT ALL checkbox at the top of the list of messages.  Select the trashcan icon to move them all to your TRASH folder. 


✔ Messages that you send to the trash will be available for 10 days before they are permanently removed.


✔ To view mail received before the latest SFI INBOX redesign (8/11/20), click the INBOX (old version) link at the bottom of the folder list. All new messages will be directed to the new INBOX.
