According to Kyle Loudoun, one of the WA's co-founders:
Once someone has been referred to WA through another affiliate, they are their "lifetime" referral. For ethical reasons, we don't allow people to switch from one referral to another for obvious reasons, but if they are a referral through ANYONE they can expect the same quality of service, and the same level of community help.
